Feeding Hopper with Crumblers
Automatic feeding of the production line with crumbled dough.
Ideal for cookie production.
This is an automated lobe dough-cutting system and a double roll crumbling system. The rolls’ speed is differentiated, and their configuration determines the size of the crumbling.
Their operations are controlled by a PLC and by a touch-screen panel managing the time and quantity of product to be crumbled.
Two level sensors manage the quantity of dough in the hopper and in the machine being fed by providing the release for the unloading of the product.
The system can be easily disassembled for normal cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance operations.
It can be integrated with a conveyor belt for higher flexibility, and with a metal-detector to examine the crumbled dough.
